Under-7

Under 7s is the first time players get involved in matches, playing tag rugby matches home and away against U7s teams from across Norfolk. As a first step into match rugby, the children are always raring to go and they love the competitive action.

In training Under 7s continue to focus on developing the key skills that they’ll use throughout their rugby journeys, evasion, passing and spacial awareness are all things we work on, but with a focus on teamwork and enjoyment at the centre of everything
