Help With Memberships

The Game Management System (GMS) is used by all clubs to list all their members with the RFU, and it’s where all our memberships need to be processed.

Below are some useful knowledge-base links to the GMS support page.

Joining the Club on to GMS:

Once signed up and you ask to join North Walsham RFC. Just use the name search box for ‘North Walsham’ and leave Town and Postcode blank.

All Members:

Please ensure we have the correct details for all members in your family. Especially double-check your email to allow you to reset your password if needed.

VP + Mini/Youth Membership:

If you are a parent and have a VP membership, please ensure you purchase the VP and any Mini/Youth memberships together, to ensure you obtain your discount on the mini/youth memberships.

Parents:

Please ensure you have recorded the relationship between yourself and your child(ren).

Make sure you ask to join the club from within your child’s account.

When purchasing a membership for your child, please ensure you have purchased a parent membership for each of the parents of the child (Cost £0).
